Cancellations and Refunds

At ikagri, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to cancel or return an order, please review our policy below.

1. Order Cancellations:

• Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

2. Refunds:

• Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued for products returned within the 4-day return window. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, with no signs of wear or damage.
• Refund Process: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 days.

3. Reverse Shipment Fee: A flat reverse shipment fee of Rs. 99 will be deducted from the refund amount for each return, regardless of the number of items in the order.

4. Instant Delivery Returns: If your product was delivered using an instant delivery service (e.g., Uber, Porter), you will need to return it using the same method, and no reverse shipment fee will be charged.

5. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost.

6. Exceptions:

• Items that show signs of use or are not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund.
• Free gifts or promotional items must be returned along with the main product to qualify for a refund.
